Sometimes when I start writing some posts for the blog I feel like a broken record, always repeating the same things over and over again. Either it is the last competition I went to, the last trip or the last experience 🙂 I hope you don’t mind it too much. Anyway I’m still working on the living room post, however at the moment it’s going through a makeover. Maybe the kitchen one will come in sooner.
Anyway, back to the current post. We recently came back from Viseu from another boot camp with the guys from T Gym 🙂
In case you don’t remember, the first boot camp I went with them was in November 2016, still in Viseu. At the time I had some little things that bothered me a bit, but that might have had something to do with the fact that I has some personal issues. This time however, everything was perfect, from the trainers, to the other people in the camp, the hosts the workouts, everything. The only thing that could have been better was the weather because of which we couldn’t go on a little hike that was initially scheduled. But what can you do.. you can’t have it all.
Like I said in my post last year, you don’t really get to train as much outdoors during the year. You maybe go on some runs, but not much more especially not three workouts a day, for four days, no matter if it rains, or if it’s sunny, or if you are not in the mood. It takes you out a bit from your comfort zone.
Anyway, for those of you who know the guys from T Gym, you already know that they are awesome and you always have fun with them during the workouts and outside them.
I’ll leave you with some pictures from the camp below, and as always I suggest you go at least once on their camps even if you are not part of our gym. You won’t regret it.
