The day after our wedding, our godparents and some of our friends prepared a little surprise for us which was really cute and thoughtful of them. The surprise was to take us on a hill near the city and launch some paper lanterns. Everyone war really tired after the wedding and we were really impressed that they wanted to do this for us.
We obviously had no idea of what they planed that day. We were in bed when Amy called us at about noon and told us not to make plans for 7 p.m. . Our only plan for that hour was to sleep but we made the sacrifice for her and told her we were available.
We knew something was up when our godmother called us two hours later to tell us the same thing 🙂
Before the set hour, we met Amy at the mall to grab something to eat, and then we followed her car with ours and headed towards the edge of the city. We tried to guess what they were up to, but we weren’t even close.
It was really cute. It was us, our godparents, the bridesmaids and groomsmen and a few other friends on a hill with a view of Cluj. A pleasant surprise was that our wedding photographers could be there even tough they had a train to catch at 10 p.m. and they took some pictures for us which you can see below 🙂
We thank everyone who came that night and had a laugh with us. 🙂
